InstallsUp is the trading name of Eco4HomeUK Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number: 15264374). Our registered office is at 71–75 Shelton Street, London, England, WC2H 9JQ.
In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Eco4HomeUK Ltd trading as InstallsUp, and “you” refers to anyone who visits installsup.com or contacts us about our services.
This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We collect personal data in two ways: what you give us directly, and what is collected automatically when you use this website.
When you book a call with us (currently handled through Calendly), you provide your name, email address, and any details you choose to share about your business or enquiry. That booking takes place on Calendly’s own website, not ours; see Calendly’s Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab) for how they handle it.
If you contact us by email or otherwise, we’ll hold whatever information you send us for as long as it’s needed to respond to you.
When you browse this website, we and the third-party services listed below may automatically collect: your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and time spent on them, the site or search engine that referred you here, and a general location inferred from your IP address. None of this identifies you personally unless it’s combined with other information.
Cookies are small text files (or, in some cases, values stored in your browser’s local storage) that let a website remember information about your visit. Where we rely on legitimate interest (for example, keeping the site secure) or on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (for example, responding to a booking enquiry), we’ve considered that this doesn’t unfairly override your own rights and interests.
We share limited personal data with the following third parties, only for the purposes described above:
If you book a call, Calendly’s own integration with Meta may share limited information, such as the fact that a booking took place, with Meta, to help us understand which advertising leads to bookings.
We don’t sell your personal data, and we don’t share it with anyone else except where required by law.
Some of the third parties above, including Google and Meta, may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, they do so under safeguards recognised by UK data protection law, such as the UK’s International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent standard contractual clauses. Contact the relevant provider directly for details of their own safeguards.
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Cookie and analytics data is retained according to the durations set out in the cookie table above, or the relevant provider’s own retention policy.
